This website, jubilatemusicacademy.com, is operated by Jubilate Music Academy LLC ("we" or "us"), a Salamon's Inc. company. This policy explains what we collect through this site and what we do with it, in plain language.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us through our forms:
- Contact form: your name, email, optional phone number, what you are reaching out about, an optional student age, and your message.
- Instructor application: your name, email, optional phone number, instruments, years of experience, education and credentials, where you would teach, and what you tell us about your teaching.
- Consultation booking: consultations are booked through Calendly, which collects the details you enter there under its own privacy policy.
With each submission we also record the page you sent it from, the date and time, and the consent statement you agreed to.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to your message, plan lessons, review instructor applications, and keep a record of our conversation. If your student is a child, we only collect what a parent or guardian chooses to share with us. We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
